I have wrought my inner being in the days of battle,
But my eyes shone bright when it met with your eyes, and I went to heaven at full throttle,
I still wonder whether I have won or lost in battles,
Perhaps I know, but I wouldn't tell you yet...
I thought you were my fortune, who brought along with you, a holy light,
I thought of you as my angel, no matter how much we fight,
I stood numb with perseverance through our days of struggle,
Quiet I slept, inebriated in your love, but I wouldn't tell you...
Now that an exquisite bouquet of roses is all mangled,
I still in my head draw down the curtains, camouflage and have them rearranged, bespangled,
And in the dreamy abode we lay in a hammock with our hands entangled,
Swaying with laughter echoing in every nook and corner, we are all glowing and spangled,
I feel shattered when I wake up from such paradisaical dream, every time,
I lay awake paralyzed with the blissful haze and hangover, but I wouldn't tell you yet...
Even if you leave and go, you have a part of you within me,
I beam with joy bearing your untamed flame within me,
I will go to myriad temples to transcend the limits of this sham world, to have our souls entwined,
I will whirl to the holy tunes with your holy name in my eyes,
We will unite, with my agape love intact for you, but I wouldn't tell you...
My heart aches and has underwent a great ordeal,
But I'll wake up every morning, because I know, you are my blazing sun and zeal,
I'll surrender to the ebbing tides at night, because I know, you are my radiant moon, and you can heal,
Upon our union someday, myriad stars in the divine abode will dance, like in surreal-fantasy,
I will still bear the pain after I wake up from this delusion, my love, intoxicated with ecstasy!
But, I wouldn't tell you...
